UCSF gets a one-stop-shop for all Learning & Organization Development offerings on the most up-to-date website platform.
No longer separating one department's resources into 3 websites allows UCSF colleagues to navigate, search and enjoy top professional development opportunities more reliably and easily than before. This update also ensures all learning content is hosed on the latest Drupal website platform, towards hosting functional, user-friendly and visually engaging content, as well as aligns with UCSF technology and communications standards and practices.

- Popular development resources have dedicated pages filterable by your role and what topic you are looking to develop: Compliance, Engagement, Leadership, Career & Workforce, Professional Skills, or UC Competencies.
- New features include a nice big search bar at the top, video and department tagline "creating a workplace that works for us all" welcomes visitors.
Learning & Organization Development is for UCSF leaders, employees and engagement champions who seek learning solutions to support their current or aspirational job at UCSF.
