Try a different web browser and/or clear your web browser cache and then try to log in gain.
Use your Username to log into MyAccess. Do NOT use your email.
- Your Username is the same username you use to log into your computer.
- If you do not know your Username please contact UCSF IT Help Desk (https://it.ucsf.edu/about/teams/ucsf-it-service-desk or 415-514-4100) and ask for your AD username.
New Employees - If you are a new employee, it may take up to 3 days for your account to appear in the UC Learning Center.
Leave of Absence
- If you are currently on a leave of absence, you cannot access the UC Learning Center until you have returned to work.
- If you returned to work from a leave of absence, please notify HR you returned to work and then visit our contact form: https://support.learning.ucsf.edu/ and let us know you returned from a leave of absence and we can give you temporary access.
Transfers from another UC - If you see your former location's webpage, you will need to open a ticket and state you require a domain change in order to take UCSF courses.
